Originally known as ‘Cuisine de Bouddha’, Sam Cuisine Thaï has been on a roll since 2010, but it all started way before: at 5 years old, little Sam was already lending a helpful hand in his mother’s restaurant in Laos.
A few years will pass before his passion for cooking really takes off. Sam contributes to a fundraiser for his wife’s humanitarian mission in Africa by making spring rolls, which are so popular that he eventually makes it into a full-time business.
Some will also remember seeing him on the TV show ‘Dans l’oeil du dragon’ in 2013, after which his small company saw the demand for his hand-made products go through the roof!
